EXPERIENCE:
● At least 3-5 years of sales and marketing management experience in the hotel industry
● Ability to quickly navigate
● Proficiency in hotel reservation software
● Excellent organizational skills
● Ability to work effectively in a team and lead a team of employees
● Excellent knowledge of foreign languages: Russian, English, knowledge of other languages will be considered as an advantage
● Knowledge of computer programs
● Business relationship building skills
● High sense of responsibility, readiness, stress resistance and the ability to quickly navigate complex situations and make independent decisions
● Time management skill
● Developed analytical thinking and working style
● Competent speech, friendly approach
● Ability to conduct effective negotiations.
