It may provide benefits like fewer asthma symptoms, detoxification and purification of the body, relief from certain skin conditions, better exercise performance, and a positive impact on heart health. We kindly recommend drinking water or herbal tea before and after you use the sauna to avoid dehydration. Please avoid using alcohol before, during, and after your sauna session. And if you have some heart conditions, consult your doctor before using the sauna. Children under 6 years old are not recommended to enter. An average of 15 minutes is recommended.
